When I’d ordered this dress from Eshakti a few weeks back, I had fully intended on saving it for spring. Unfortunately, my patience tends to falter when it comes to pretty pieces of clothing. Rather than banishing this floral frock to the back of my closet until it seemed more season appropriate, I chose to winterize it as best I could. Switching out it’s ivory slip for this dress and toughening it up with a faux leather jacket I was able to indulge my impatience and get more wear out of my customized piece.

{Eshakti dress; Silence + Noise via Urban Outfitters dress; Forever 21 jacket and belt; Steve Madden booties; 80s Purple sunglasses; misc. ring and earrings}

This dress is so pretty! I’ve really liked the pieces I’ve ordered from eShakti, but I need to venture into more of the customization options! I love how you made this dress longer, and you winterized it BEAUTIFULLY! I may need to use my credits towards something like this! :)
