The last few months have allowed me the luxury of running out of the house without a coat and not completely freezing.  This last week however, winter decided to finally show up, making outerwear mandatory.  I think I’ve started to adapt to colder weather because yesterday I was able to get away with just my “rain or shine”* trench while running afternoon errands.  It belonged to my great aunt, who, lucky for me, had great style and shared my size, so it’s one of my favorite pieces for both sentimental and practical reasons.

*It actually says that in the inside label.
