As much as I love the city, there’s something special about the country.  New Jersey is known for a lot more than guidette’s and fist pumping.  The Garden State is also pretty famous for its produce and most locals spend all summer waiting for the corn fields to fill out and sprout up.  With the sweet Jersey corn ripe for eating, I couldn’t help but stop and pick up some roadside produce.  It doesn’t get much better than being able to buy your vegetables right beside the fields they grew in.
