Confession time: I still sometimes shop in the kids section.  Let me justify my reasoning before you think I’m bonkers; the prices tend to be lower than the women’s skirts, the size 14 actually fits perfectly, and they often run longer than some adult skirts I’ve tried on.  When you can happen upon a cute, fun skirt that fits (especially when it’s a colorful tutu), how cares what department it came from?
