There are some skirts (or dresses) that just absolutely require some sort of twirling.  This is one of them.  Let’s face it, if there’s fringe and there’s paillettes, it’s twirl worthy.  This was actually a dress I wore out for a fancy-ish dinner with the bf and friends, but throwing a colorful sweater over top and some dressed-down boots made this ideal for a work-week get up, complete with twirl.
