Sometimes I find the hardest thing to get dressed for is a night out on the town with girl friends, so when we were given a dress code (“dress fashionably in black”) for one of my best girl’s bachelorette outings it made my wardrobe dilemma infinitely easier. Since our night out was starting with a low-key spa trip and ending with an evening of dancing, I tried to incorporate casual elements — wrists-full of friendship bracelets and bangles, and fancy, with a dress with an unexpected backless design. The evening was a success and I’m now fully convinced that all girls’ night out events should start with massages and hand facials.
