White Neon

My closet may be overrun with little white dresses but that’s a “problem” I’m perfectly content with having.  They’re so simple and easy to wear, but with a head full of curls and sweet little flats, the look can run the risk of being too girlie cute.  Good thing just a touch of neon is enough to tone down the sweetness a smidgen.
