I love any item in my closet that can effectively pull double duty, and when it comes in a beautiful bold cherry red that is year-round ready, it quickly becomes an instant closet favorite.  Alone, the slinky  dress and gold sandal combination could easily be appropriate for a more formal affair, but when a denim vest and over-sized accessories are thrown into the mix, it becomes lax enough for a backyard barbecue.
