Serial Overdresser

Confession: I overdress for everyday life.  This doesn’t really become a problem until I have a special event, like this weekend’s wedding to attend, and suddenly my dressier dresses no longer seem fancy enough.  Stephanie lent me this pretty pink number as an option, and even though I ended up wearing this red chiffon dress to the wedding, it was just too pretty not to twirl around in for a day before I need to return it to her.  Dressed down with a toughened up belt and denim jacket it’s easy to make this formal-ready frock do double duty.

In case you missed it, here’s some behind the scenes footage of these outfit photos.

i love that you love overdressing for everyday life :) i tend to do the same – why else would i name my blog a sequin dress at breakfast? could anything be more glam for such a casual occasion? loved the behind the scenes glimpse of this – so very much!
