I’m starting to think that dreary, grey days should require a pop of neon.  Even in a subtle accessory, like a thin belt, a little flash of fluorescent color really brightens things up.  That and a braid, because when the sky looks like it could open up at any moment, plaited tresses help provide protection from bad (i.e., wet, frizzy) hair blunders.
