Neon Lace

Lace in neon shades can be a bit intimidating, but oh so fun.  I previously experimented with dressing this skirt up here, and now that spring has been teasing us with bare leg weather, this electric lace seems to be even easier to wear; especially with a simple grey tee.  And I found mint green pairs surprisingly well with neon yellow.
