It’s February and the weathermen called for rain yesterday, but instead the sun was shining and it was nearly 70 degrees. It was the kind of day that makes you feel giddy. With reminders of love and Valentine’s Day at every turn, I couldn’t resist a special sale spotted in a store window for heart shaped balloons that perfectly complemented my skirt. It’s nearly impossible to walk around with a bundle of pretty balloons on a beautiful day without a spring in your step and a smile on your face.
