New Year’s Eve is just days away, and even though plans have not yet been finalized, that doesn’t mean I haven’t begun to think about my outfit.  Of course a touch of sparkle is always under consideration when it comes to ringing in a new year, so it was while rummaging through my glittery favorites that I realized just how fun layering them can be.  Although I wouldn’t recommend layering in excess (a sequined dress paired with a sequin jacket for example would likely be overkill), in moderation, like this vest and jacket makes for a definite “do”.
