I find it hard to go wrong with a straightforward black and white color scheme, especially when it involves a feminine skirt that has a little pouf. This white bell skirt is actually a dress I’ve had for a few years now, and I used a wide elastic belt to provide a tucked in look with the top. The result was simple yet playful.
