I’ve been determined to work brighter colors into my autumn and winter wardrobes. It’s so easy to fall into a rut this time of year, gravitating towards neutral and muted hues; especially in shades of black and grey. You can’t quite tell, but this pleated skirt is a gorgeous light teal speckled with a bit of violet, and although the colors aren’t stereotypical of the season, when paired with a sweater with a hint of sparkle, it suddenly seems to make sense.

I love the look of chunky, oversized knits with delicate skirts. The shapeless look (with serious heels) just seems to make you look so comfortable yet feminine!
